- Wallet Payments (Paytm, PhonePe, Freecharge, Mobikwik, etc.)
- Cash Payments:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders within India. A nominal service charge may apply for COD orders.
2. Payment Security
All online payments made through Razorpay are processed via secure, encrypted channels. Your payment information is never stored on our servers and is handled in compliance with the highest security standards.
3. Order Confirmation
Once your payment is successfully processed, an order confirmation email or SMS will be sent to your registered contact details. Please ensure that your email and phone number are entered correctly during checkout.
4. Failed Transactions
In case of a payment failure, the amount (if debited) will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. For any assistance, please contact us at support@babyliv.in.
5. Refunds and Returns
Refunds for eligible orders will be processed as per our Return and Refund Policy. Please note that cash refunds are not available. For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.
6. Dispute Resolution
